6. Booking Cancellations
All bookings for Golf Lessons and/or Custom Fittings have a 4 days’ notice cancellation policy and will be charged at the full rate if cancelled within 4 days.
7. Custom Fit Orders
Goods which have been supplied according to Your specification or which are Personalised or Custom Built. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, any order (the sales contract) placed by the consumer for equipment which is personalised, or custom built to their specification may not be cancelled once the order has been accepted. This is applicable to both On and Off premises purchases.
8. Custom Fit Data
All custom fitting data remains the property of Peter Field Golf and is not shared until after a purchase of custom fitted clubs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to only acquire your fitting specifications to purchase elsewhere an additional charge of £75.00 per hour applies.
9. Voucher purchases
Gift Vouchers purchased for both golf lessons and shop use are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
All vouchers purchased are redeemable against goods or services.
Vouchers are not cash transferrable or refundable.
10. Faulty Goods
All Goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer, with the exception of Pre-owned, ex-demo or ex-display goods.
For purchases under 30 days old (from date of despatch by us), We will exchange the item where possible from stock. If not in stock, we can 1) re order the same item 2) offer an equivalent like for like product.
For purchases over 30 days old (from date of despatch by us) We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and at their discretion, they will either repair, replace or return the item to you (We will return the item to you if there is no manufacturing fault). If the manufacturer determines the items is faulty, an alternative will be offered or like for like where possible.
We accept no responsibility for Goods not received or damaged in transit by both consumer and manufacturer.
11. 10% Discount Code
10% discount code is exempt from Electric Trolleys, Golf Lessons, Custom Fittings, all Custom Fit orders and Gift Vouchers.
12. Free Gift Offers
To receive the free gift with our weekly offers you need to purchase both items in your basket to receive the free item. The price of the free item will then come off your total at checkout. If you have any problems please call us on 01603 740979.
13. Delivery
Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
The standard delivery service includes delivery between 3 to 5 working days post the original order date (excluding weekends). All delivery services are subject to stock, courier area, availability and demand.
PLEASE NOTE: Electric trolleys can take up to 5-7 working days for delivery.

Click & Collect items are available to collect immediately from store during our store opening hours.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is only available for certain products. All delivery services are subject to stock, courier area, availability and demand. Larger items such as Golf Bags, Trolleys and Hardware are not eligable for free delivery.
